Die Vorhersage sagt 6 Bft von Nord. Kein Wetter um auf eigenem Kiel die 40km Querung zu wagen. Da wir unsere Reise nicht gleich mit 2 Tage abwettern starten wollen nehmen wir die Fähre von Grisslehamn nach Eckerö. Vom dortigen Fährhafen müssen wir rund 1,5 km über einen Wanderweg bis zum nächsten Campingplatz rollern. Damit wir uns mit den schweren Booten nicht wieder so quälen müssen wie im letzten Jahr haben wir einfache Zuggeschirre aus je 2 Bandschlingen und einem Karabinerhaken dabei.
The weather forecast says 6 Bft from north. No weather for a 40 km long crossing with the kayaks. As we do not want to start our journey with 2 days of weathering we decide to take the ferry from Grisslehamn to Eckerö. From the Port of Eckerö we have to pull the kayaks with the trolleys for 1.5 km along a hiking trail to the next campground. As we do not want to torture ourself like last year we use two simple pull harnesses made each from two band slings and one carabiner.
